Shipping Costs:

Order Tracking:

International Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred for international orders.
RETURN POLICY
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for returns.

- Once approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds:

EXCHANGES

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
